Cyber Intelligence Crisis Simulation

May 16, 2017 @ 08:00 - May 17, 2017 @ 13:30 EDT

$1400 – $1750

This two-day threat simulation is designed to sharpen the core competencies and skills that make a successful cyber intelligence analyst. As you work to stop a fictional cyber threat and identify who’s behind it, you’ll gain critical thinking skills and develop knowledge and competence in the following areas: incident response, social engineering, malware, link analysis, intelligence collection and analysis, writing, briefing, and human-centered design. This training event is geared for cyber intelligence analysts, intelligence analysts, network forensic analysts, first-line managers, and network and forensic analysts. Technical complexity of this simulation is mid-level.

Please note that this event is a reproduction of a previous cyber intelligence crisis simulation; individuals who attended the August 2016 crisis simulation should not register for this event. A new crisis simulation will be available in Pittsburgh at a later date. For more details, contact cyber-intel@sei.cmu.edu.
