Enhance cybersecurity awareness and survivability for DoD, industry partners, and academia in the face of the ever-increasing threat of cyber attacks. Cybersecurity (CS) includes managing risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information and the systems and processes used for those purposes, including analog and physical form. CS includes information availability, identification and authentication, confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation as well as the economic considerations with respect to selection of CS techniques, CS processes, and industry trends.

Do you feel that a Global Cyber Initiative (GCI) sponsored and signed by all countries and aligned with the World Trade Organisation (WTO) would be beneficial in combatting cyber-crime? Whereas it would make it illegal to conduct cyber crime both within the boarders of parent country and against non-host nation companies. Furthermore, the initiative would require all countries to have bare minimal international standards in place to protect against cyber-crime; and make it mediatory that any breaches be reported?
