Operators of the REvil Ransomware as a Service (RaaS) released more than 12GB of data that belongs to Brooks International, who refused to pay a ransom. RaaS allows cybercriminals to use third party kits sold on the dark web to build automated campaigns. The cyber-intelligence firm Cyble said that they’ve seen the data for sale on hacking forums. The company’s data includes credit card statements, usernames and passwords, and tax information of their clients.
