Google has released a new version of the Titan security key with USB C capabilities. The Titan key is a form of two-step authentication for users that access online sites. The new device is compatible with most operating systems except Linux and macOS/iOS. Google’s USB C model has the firmware encased inside the key itself as another method of protection against attacks. This product is available to purchase from Google for $40.
