The University of Texas is going to be the first to offer a degree in Cybersecurity for Healthcare. The program was created to “protect healthcare providers from Cyber attacks and help bridge the skill gap in healthcare cyber related industry.” A test group was created and 16 attendants were in the class for a period of eight weeks, another test run of the course is expected in July 2020.
