Enhance cybersecurity awareness and survivability for DoD, industry partners, and academia in the face of the ever-increasing threat of cyber attacks. Cybersecurity (CS) includes managing risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information and the systems and processes used for those purposes, including analog and physical form. CS includes information availability, identification and authentication, confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation as well as the economic considerations with respect to selection of CS techniques, CS processes, and industry trends.

In the January 2020 edition, Gartner published predictions about the future of privacy law world wide.
The report includes a number of statistical information around the current state of privacy law around the globe. This includes the fact that over the past few years, over 60 jurisdictions around the world have enacted or enhanced privacy law to protect individuals and their private data.
The report also estimates that within the next 3 years, over 2/3 of the global population will have their private information covered under stringent privacy regulations, this will force organizations worldwide to hire privacy professionals to mitigate the legal impact of these regulations.
With this in mind, I would like to ask the CSIAC members: How do you believe the business landscape will look like in a decade from now and beyond with respect to maintaining private information protected? How will this impact the business orientation in general?
