Iowa was the first state ever to use this caucus app for the primary’s, and this proved to be the one of the most insecure things they could have used. That is because it lacked basic security within the app. This app need way more testing before it got released into the public for use, especially with how much delict data that it contained.

Some people in Oregon have started to use the voting app called Voatz. One concerned person sent a letter to the Secretary of State stating his concern. His main concern was that the app was not the most secure, so there was a higher chance it could be hacked. However the Secretary of State is not too concerned, mainly because people who use it have to go through a serious testing process.
