Hackers were able to verify twitter accounts of high profile Americans like Barack Obama, Joe Biden, as well as others. There were 130 accounts that were targeted, out of those, the hackers were able to reset 45 of those users passwords. The hackers posted fake tweets offering large amounts of money for a smaller amount via an unknown Bitcoin address.
