Stalkerware is surveillance software that lets users spy on others. Once installed on a victims device it can record a wide range of personal information without them ever finding out. It can be hiden from more inquisitive victims by disguising itself as legitimate software. Stalkerware is predominantly observed in Russia, Brazil, India, and the US. This type of attack is focused on specific individuals so it is less common than other types of attacks.
