Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency (CISA) published a document that would force gov’t agencies to provide and monitor a channel for bug reporting. They also wouldn’t be able to publish “threatening language discouraging bug hunters,” and also couldn’t prohibit bug hunters from publicly releasing the bugs after an “acceptable period.”
