A nasty virus has been discovered to attack Mac users through a Windows executable file. Found by various pirating websites, the malware uses Mono to cross-platform and execute on the targeted Mac machine, bypassing the computers’ Gatekeeper, and stealing processor-related information. Although it is a Windows executable file, it will not run on Windows because the virus is specifically looking for Mac libraries.
