The Never Ending Computer Languages

I am a software developer and I wonder how everyone has accepted the idea of a never ending computer language. These are computer languages such as Java or Python where every few months there is a significant change to these languages. Old features are deprecated and everyone should learn the new version of the old features.
Imagine if buildings were built with engineering ideas that changed every six months.
Time to recognize that if a computer language has to be changed every six months it should not be used since it has not been correctly developed.
