Enhance cybersecurity awareness and survivability for DoD, industry partners, and academia in the face of the ever-increasing threat of cyber attacks. Cybersecurity (CS) includes managing risks related to the use, processing, storage, and transmission of information and the systems and processes used for those purposes, including analog and physical form. CS includes information availability, identification and authentication, confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation as well as the economic considerations with respect to selection of CS techniques, CS processes, and industry trends.
The Department of Defense Cyber Community of Interest (COI) leads the discovery, development, and integration of cyber science and technology (S&T), in support of full spectrum DoD operations and to meet national security objectives. We do so in close partnership between the DoD Services/Components, Industry, Academia, and International allies. This group on the CSIAC website has been created specifically to identify, foster, and enhance these relationships with organizations looking to build stronger strategic relationships with DoD, or to simply initiate a discussion on the alignment of your industrial capability with evolving DoD directions and activities.
