Dr. Joseph Loyall is a principal scientist at Raytheon BBN Technologies. He has been the principal investigator for Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and AFRL research and development projects in the areas of information management, distributed middleware, adaptive applications, and quality of service. He is the author of over 100 published papers. He is a Distinguished Member of the ACM and a Senior Member of the IEEE and of the AIAA.
