Paul Morrisseau is the technology manager for the Center for Maritime and Port Security (CMPS) Group of SRI International. Mr. Morrisseau has been with SRI International since May of 2009 where he has been supporting the development of a SOA platform for use in the Maritime Domain for port and harbor security activities. Before joining SRI, Mr. Morrisseau lead the development of a software tool used for survivability assessment for US Navy ships known as the Measure Of Total Integrated System Survivability (MOTISS) in support of a number of Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPS) for ships. Mr. Morrisseau has both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Ocean and Systems Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
