I challenge the claim, “Leaders can only develop effective countermeasures to protect their critical missions if they can anticipate what might happen to their systems through situational awareness.” An effective countermeasure was demonstrated decades ago, notably, the MIT/GE/Honeywell MULTICS system. Precluding vulnerabilities is far more effective than conjecturing about hackers.
I believe the awareness program training to secure the weakness link in cybersecurity chain is extremely important to any organization the issue with any awareness program how you going to deliver to your audience, most of the awareness program depends on the traditional way ( powerpoint slide + enrich content ) thus the success rate response for such didactic program not exceed 20% , I believe for better result trainer should be change to another scenario by involve end user to be part of their program, they can do that by using embedded program by pushing users doing mistake & show them the impact of their mistake & what is the best practice to overcome fall in again, so by this way we create an interactive training with more engagement
